Exotic Auto Services has announced a strengthened customer-focused approach to car repair and maintenance in Abu Dhabi, bringing mechanical repairs, diagnostics, electrical services, bodywork, and vehicle care together at its Mussafah workshop.
The workshop, which has been operating since January 2016, now serves 53 car brands through 58 automotive services. Its approach is aimed at giving drivers a more convenient way to deal with everything from routine maintenance to unexpected repairs without having to visit multiple workshops.
For customers looking for the best car repair in Abu Dhabi, Exotic Auto Services is a trusted option, offering a wide range of repair, maintenance, diagnostic, and car care services under one roof.
A Complete Range of Automotive Services
Exotic Auto Services provides engine and transmission repairs, brake and suspension work, oil changes, AC repairs, radiator and exhaust repairs, injector cleaning, turbocharger repair, and other mechanical services.
Its electrical department handles diagnostics, programming, electrical repairs, airbag systems, dashboard electronics, key programming, navigation updates, and audio systems. The workshop also offers pre-purchase inspections for customers who want a vehicle checked before buying it.
Beyond mechanical and electrical work, customers can access body and car care services including chassis and rim repairs, painting, paintless dent repair, detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, paint protection film, car wrapping, window tinting, upholstery, sunroof repair, and headlight restoration.
Focus on Diagnostics and Repair Transparency
A key part of the workshop’s customer service approach is its focus on identifying vehicle problems accurately before repair work begins. Manufacturer diagnostic systems are used to investigate faults, while customers receive an itemised quotation covering parts and labour before repair work is authorised.
OEM-equivalent parts are used as standard, with genuine parts available upon request. This gives customers a clearer understanding of the recommended work before deciding to proceed.
The workshop has a spacious 25,000+ square-foot facility with 18+ hydraulic lifts, giving the team enough room to work on multiple cars at the same time across its mechanical, electrical, body, and paint services. The garage has the capacity to handle up to 120 cars per day.
Free Pickup and Delivery Across Abu Dhabi
Exotic Auto Services also emphasizes making workshop visits easier. Free pickup and delivery is available for customers across Abu Dhabi, including Mussafah, Khalifa City, Rabdan, Al Wathba, Yas Island, Al Reem Island, Shakhbout City, Madinat Al Riyad, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, and Saadiyat Island.
The workshop operates seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, while 24/7 customer support is available for drivers who need assistance outside regular workshop hours.
The company also works with more than 10 insurance partners, supporting customers who require repairs connected with insurance claims.
Current Repair Offers
Exotic Auto Services is currently offering up to 35% off on repairs, along with a free car wash with service. The offers provide an additional benefit for customers arranging maintenance or repair work.
The workshop has served more than 1,000 customers and currently holds a 4.5-star Google rating based on 741 reviews. Its facility also includes wheelchair-accessible parking, entrance, seating, and toilet facilities.
With its combination of diagnostics, mechanical and electrical repairs, bodywork, car care, and customer support, Exotic Auto Services continues to develop its workshop as a single point of service for Abu Dhabi drivers.
